Terms of Use
The rules for using Mighty Mathletes, in plain language.
Last updated October 19, 2026
1. Using Mighty Mathletes
By using Mighty Mathletes you agree to these terms and our Privacy Policy. Students use it through their school or family. A teacher, school or parent who sets up accounts agrees to these terms for the students they add.
2. Accounts
- Keep sign-in codes and passwords private. Teachers and parents are responsible for the accounts they create.
- Teachers confirm they are allowed by their school to use Mighty Mathletes with their students.
- Parents confirm they are the parent or legal guardian of the children they add.
3. Playing fair
- Be kind in multiplayer games. Don’t try to break, overload or cheat the program.
- Typing lots of wrong answers on purpose to skip facts sends a student to a lesson and notifies their teacher or parent.
- We may remove anyone who misuses the service.
4. MathBux and rewards
MathBux, passes, avatar items and other rewards are just for fun inside Mighty Mathletes. They have no real-world value and can’t be bought, sold or exchanged for money.
5. Family memberships
Memberships renew automatically until canceled, and you can cancel any time. Trials, prices, renewals and refunds are explained on our How billing works page, which is part of these terms.
6. Schools
Schools and districts that buy Mighty Mathletes may sign a separate agreement (including a data privacy agreement). If it conflicts with these terms, that agreement wins.
7. Our content
The games, artwork, music, lessons and software are owned by Mighty Mathletes. You may use them for learning, but please don’t copy or resell them.
8. Availability
We work hard to keep Mighty Mathletes running, but it may sometimes be unavailable or change. We may add, change or remove features.
9. Disclaimers and limits
Mighty Mathletes is provided “as is.” To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or unexpected losses, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing here limits rights you have under the law that can’t be limited.
10. Ending your use
You can stop using Mighty Mathletes and delete accounts at any time. We may suspend accounts that break these terms.
11. Changes and law
We’ll post any changes here and update the date above. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York.
