Do I need a card to start the free trial?

You can start your 14-day trial without paying anything. When payments are switched on you can add a card during sign-up; you won’t be charged until the trial ends.

Can I change the number of kids later?

Yes. Go to Plan & billing in your parent dashboard. Adding kids is prorated, so you only pay the difference for the rest of the period.

What happens if I cancel?

Your kids keep playing until the end of the time you’ve paid for (or the end of your trial). After that they’ll see a message asking a grown-up to renew. Their progress is kept.

Is a family plan the same as the school version?

It’s the same program. Your dashboard works just like a teacher’s, for your family: progress for each child, written summaries, skill levels and game settings.

My child already uses Mighty Mathletes at school. Do I need this?

No. A family plan is for practice at home with its own sign-in codes and dashboard. School accounts stay with the school.

How do schools pay?

Schools and districts pay once a year, by purchase order and invoice (or card). Ask for a quote and we’ll send everything your business office needs, including our W-9.
